Automation Upgrade Rubber Plant – Batch Controls

An upgrade to Wonderware Inbatch and complete automation overhaul helped this client gain control over production, storage and use of over 100 different treatment dips produced internally. A complex batching system with multiple stages, real time communications, and remote operational control was integrated by EPIC. The system improved mixing and tracking ability through the batch controller and desktop batch scheduler.

PSC7 Siemens Control Integration for New Chemicals Facility

A new chemical processing facility required one of the largest integrations of Profibus I/O networks ever integrated on a PSC7 platform.  The greenfield facility had a tight timeline and required integration on a large scale with 30+ control panels and over 100,000+ feet of cable.

A team of 12 programmers completed the project on time. The team had to overcome the challenges of coordinating such a large development team on a tight schedule and translating between German and English.
